Practice Gratitude

You can't feel fear and anger while you're feeling grateful. I started practicing this one long before I was healed, and I'm so grateful I did. (See what I did there?) Jim Rohn taught me to keep a running list of things for which I'm grateful. In fact, this subject is so important, even though it seems so simple, that if you search the word "gratitude" on YouTube, you will find that EVERYBODY teaches how vital this attitude is.

I think the very first person to teach me to breathe gratitude into my everyday existence was Ann Voskamp. Have a look at her website and blog, and get her book, One Thousand Gifts. That's the one that started it all for me.
